These classes are coming to Wednesday and Fridays for a 6 week trial period, so book now. Classes start on Wednesday 26th June.

These classes are child friendly. Prams are welcome, we have a secure kids area full of toys and in view while you workout, the music will still be great, but the volume will be appropriate for little ears. 

​

Not a member but want to come along? DM  us about a free trial now. These classes are for everyone, there will be options for all levels and abilities, including new mums. 

​

Coaches Tineill and Amanda both have CF L1 certificates, CF training pregnant and postpartum athlete certifications as well as other fitness qualifications too.
