On - Ramp

New to CrossFit?

Come for a free class trial, no obligation to sign up! If you love it, we will book you in for an on-ramp session with one of our coaches to go through the fundamental  movements of CrossFit. We want to make sure that all of our members are using the correct technique and get the most out of every class. 

Each on-ramp session is $40. We recommend 1 - 3 sessions.

Metcon class

Our Metcon class will alternate with our Gymnastics class, running every second Thursday at 5.35pm starting on the 23rd of Jan.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

A MetCon class, short for metabolic conditioning, is a type of workout that combines strength and cardio exercises at varying intensities to improve overall fitness and energy output.
Movements include sled pushes, sandbag walking lunges, burpee broad jumps, wall balls, abdominal exercises, runnings and concept 2 machines.
This training focuses on functional exercise that requires less skill but plenty of power, aerobic capacity and muscular endurance.


Classes are $10 each for non members, or included in your membership for all our members

$27.50 per week or add on an open gym session for an extra $5 per week.

Open Gym space

Is on open gym space that is available to all of our unlimited members. The open gym space is available 7 days a week from 5am - 7:30pm! This gives our members the opportunity to work on some skills and strength. What you will find the the gym is;
