
On - Ramp
New to CrossFit?
Come for a free class trial, no obligation to sign up! If you love it, we will book you in for an on-ramp session with one of our coaches to go through the fundamental movements of CrossFit. We want to make sure that all of our members are using the correct technique and get the most out of every class.
Each on-ramp session is $40. We recommend 1 - 3 sessions.

Hyrox class
We are officially welcoming HYROX to our timetable!
Our HYROX class will alternate with our Gymnastics class, running every second Thursday at 5.35pm starting on the 23rd of Jan.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
HYROX workouts are a mix of cardio and strength such as sled pushes, sandbag walking lunges, burpee broad jumps and concept 2 machines.
HYROX training focuses on functional exercise that require less skill but plenty of power, aerobic capacity and muscular endurance.
Come and train along side a coach and try HYROX training for yourself!
Classes are $10 each for non members, or included in your membership for all our members


We run a specialised bootcamp every 6 weeks at CrossFit 7010.​This bootcamp is for anyone. No matter where you are on your health and fitness journey, this is for you!​ Join the Fit for life community, improve your health, increase your fitness, have fun and be coached by qualified, passionate and knowledgeable coach, Shannon. ​Starting 13th January.​
For the Summer we will have Monday sessions at Ben Cooper Park (unless wet) & Wednesday's at CrossFit 7010.

Open Gym space
Is on open gym space that is available to all of our unlimited members. The open gym space is available 7 days a week from 5am - 7:30pm! This gives our members the opportunity to work on some skills and strength. What you will find the the gym is;
