What is CrossFit?

The Sport of Fitness CrossFit is a fitness program that’s been around for over 20 years and is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.Workouts (or WOD's) incorporate elements from High Intensity Interval Training, Olympic weightlifting, Plyometrics, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, Strongman and other exercises. ​CrossFit is an effective, fun and inexpensive training method for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
