New to CrossFit? Come for a free class trial, no obligation to sign up! If you love it, we will book you in for an on-ramp session with one of our coaches to go through the fundamental movements of CrossFit. We want to make sure that all of our members are using the correct technique and get the most out of every class. Each on-ramp session is $40. We recommend 1 - 3 sessions.
